    “THOSE looking for hints of racial tone-deafness on the second episode of “Girls,” last Sunday on HBO, wouldn’t have been let down.   • Really boring test match is starting to get embarrassing

    As the first test between Australia and India entered its third day of play, the atmosphere at Chepauk was electric.  India resumed its innings this morning at none for four runs, after yesterday’s mammoth five hour stand between openers Murali Vijay and Virender Sehwag failed to add a single run to the home team’s total.  However, in a dramatic twist, due to some disastrous mistakes by Australia’s pace attack, India entered the third day with an imposing total of four extras, leaving them just eight runs shy of Australia’s once-seemingly secure total of twelve.
